I came up with an ambitious way to showcase the excitement and fun of this Tony-nominated musical - a playful Broadway version of Steven Spielberg’s film ‘Catch Me If You Can’.

I pitched the idea of the actors and dancers performing a song on an airplane wing to the ECD and the show’s producers. They loved it.

But how would we pull that off within our budget? With great visual effects, photo-real 3D animation, and careful planning is how.

Working with the talented Aaron Tveit, the phenomenal dancers in the musical, and songwriting duo Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman was a blast.

The spot brought in a whole new audience and went on to win 2 Telly Awards for ‘Best VFX in a Commercial’ and ‘Best Editing of a Commercial’.
